Due to the nature of intimate apparel, items that come into direct contact with the skin are classified as hygiene-sensitive products. For this reason, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted under any circumstances unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
All our products are carefully packaged and hygienically sealed before shipping to ensure your safety and satisfaction. Once the packaging seal is broken or the product is tried on, it can no longer be resold or restocked for hygiene reasons, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
If you have selected the correct size according to our size guide, you can wear your item comfortably by following the included wearing instructions.

Order Changes & Cancellations:
Orders can be modified or canceled until 9:00 AM on the day following the order date. After this time, all shipments from the previous day will have already been handed over to the courier branch, and therefore, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Damaged/Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains missing items for any reason, we’ll be happy to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible. To submit a Damaged/Missing Item Request, please contact our support team. When sending us an email, make sure to include “Damaged/Missing Item Request” in the subject line so we can address your issue promptly!
Example Scenarios
“My tracking information says delivered, but I haven’t received my package yet.”
If the post office or courier confirms that the package was delivered to the specified date, time, and location, we cannot be held responsible for items missing after confirmed delivery.
If our courier or postal service cannot confirm that the item was delivered, you must contact us and report the issue. We will then make the necessary arrangements to either send you a replacement or issue a refund as soon as possible.
If the package was delivered to the exact address provided by the customer but the wrong address was entered during checkout, we cannot be held responsible for this error. However, we always love taking care of our customers. Therefore, if this mistake occurred on your end, we’ll gladly work with you to ensure you can still get your item at a discounted price! Please note that this is at the discretion of our customer support team.
